Factory Twin

A bicycle factory on a whiteboard.

The problem

Production planning lives in spreadsheets and in people's heads, so a delay in one place is hard to trace to its cause.

The approach

A working planner in the browser: bills of materials, routings and work centres laid out on a big canvas, so you can see the whole factory and dig into one problem at a time.
